MILMO PRIVACY POLICY Junebud is comitted to protecting and handling your personal and non -personal information in a way that is appropriate and respects your integrity. The MilMo Privacy Policy describes what kind of information Junebud may require, and how we work to make sure that information is never abused. The MilMo Privacy Policy applies to all services which are offered under the trademarks MilMo and Junebud. 1.0 INFORMATION SHARING - HOW IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION HANDLED? Junebud will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent unless provided for under this policy. Junebud does not disclose any personal information about children under 18 years of age who have registered on any of our websites to third parties. However, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or the unlikely event of bankruptcy, management of Junebud customer information may be transferred to its successor or assign regardless of age. Junebud abides by applicable Swedish laws. Prize winners or their legal guardians may be required to provide their personal identification number or other applicable, official identification code for tax purposes, which will be used only for prize fulfillment. 2.1 WHAT IS NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION AND WHEN DOES JUNEBUD COLLECT IT? Non-personal information, alone, cannot be used to identify or contact you. Junebud collects non-personal information about your use of our online and mobile products and services both on our website and in the course of game play and software usage (on PC, mobile and console platforms). When you use Junebud online, mobile products and services or you play our games on your PC or console, we may collect certain non-personal demographic information including gender, zip code, information about your computer, hardware, software, platform, media, mobile device, mobile device ID, console ID, incident data, Internet Protocol (IP) address, network Media Access Control (MAC) address and connection. If you do not agree to this Policy, you should not usse our product or services or the MilMo site. 4.1 INVITING FRIENDS If you choose to use our referral service to "tell a friend" about the MilMo Game, Website or Service, we will ask you for your friend's email address. We will send your friend an email on your behalf inviting him or her to visit the site or check out our product. Junebud stores your friend's name and email for a period of one month for the sole purpose of sending this email and for redundancy checking. We do not keep or use this information for any other purpose. 5.0 SECURITY REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and in storage. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. The majority of the computer systems on which Junebud collects, stores, and uses the information it collects or receives are based in Sweden and Germany. Your personal information may be transferred to, used, processed or held by Junebud inside the European Union, and used for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. 5.2 STORAGE TIME Your personal infomation will be held by Junebud for the duration of your use of the goods and services we provide. If you decide to revoke your use of such goods and services by contacting us and informing us of such a decision to terminate your account, your information will be held for one year before being deleted. Junebud reserves the right to delete unused accounts and related personal and non-personal information after a period of 6 months of inactivity. 5.3 QUESTIONS, ACCESS TO, REVIEW AND DELETION OF YOUR OWN PERSONAL INFORMATION You may request a copy of your own, personal information, as described above, from Junebud, by sending an email to: support@junebud.com. Mark the email, 'Personal Information Request'. At the same address you may also require a review, change and/or deletion of your personal information. The email must contain your account name. An email containing the requested information will then be sent to the email account tied to your game account.
